- Chrome
- Safari
- Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
Learning Management Systems Supported
Blackboard: Blackboard Learn v. 9.1, Service Pack 9 or later
D2L: Brightspace Platform 10.3 or later
Canvas: Any version
Moodle: Version 2.6.5 or later
LTI: Version LTI 1.1 & LTI 1.3 (InfoLit Only)
Connection Speeds
We recommend a connection speed of at least 5 megabits per second for an optimal experience with HD capability. Slower connection speeds may be able to access Credo's video material, however, viewers may not experience the best video quality and speed.
Proxy Authentication
Credo supports remote authentication via a proxy server. All Credo content is delivered via secure URLs, and as such, proxy servers must have a valid SSL certificate for access. For institutions that do not have a proxy, we support the authentication methods listed here.
Sign-On Screens and Embed Codes
If your institution uses Microsoft ADFS for your remote sign-on screen, please be aware that this system has a default setting which forbids the sign-on screen from displaying in an iframe embed code (X-Frame-Options Set to Deny). If you use Microsoft ADFS or if you have a different remote sign-on method configured to forbid display in an iframe code, you may encounter difficulties using the iframe embed codes provided for Credo content. There are several other integration/authentication methods supported. Detailed information and alternatives to having students sign in from within an embed code can be found on this page: X-Frame-Options Set to Deny.
Maintenance & Downtime
The Credo platform SLA is 99.9% uptime with the exception of any maintenance. Any maintenance involving downtime will be scheduled and customers will be notified in advance.
The above information is applicable to all Credo Learning Tools products, including: InfoLit, View, and our legacy K-12 product SKILL.
Please note that LTI integration is a feature of InfoLit (formerly known as Instruct) and is not available in View or legacy K-12 Products.
