Internet Explorer: Browser Error Reports

Locate these browser error reports before emailing Credo Support. These reports will help troubleshoot your issue.

Step 1: Click on the "Settings" icon next to the address bar, then select "F12 Developer Tools."

 

Step 2: Make sure you are on the "Console" tab of the Developer Tools panel. Take a screenshot of the resulting errors and email to Credo support.
